Viewing of the property

Viewing dates on Sundays and public holidays are unusual in Monaco and therefore extremely rare, as are short-term appointments. Usually, the viewing date is agreed upon one week in advance. It is not recommended to schedule the viewing date during the Formula 1 race period since many salesmen do not stay in the principality during this time.

You should also arrive punctually to the viewing date. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your chances of getting the property may be ruined.

Due to stricter security precautions, you should be able to identify yourself at the viewing date. You should also bring a Letter of Intent (LOI) with you, which also provides information about your budget.
